Cynthia Nixon Sells Upper West Side Abode

Earlier this year "Sex & the City" star Cynthia Nixon shelled out $3.25 million for a downtown Manhattan crib that incidentally is located just a few blocks from her former co-star Sarah Jessica Parker. While the two actresses hosted play dates and gabbed over Cosmos (ok, this is clearly a stretch of the imagination, but when it comes to every girl's fave early 2000s TV show, it's fun to fantasize, right?), Nixon's Upper West Side co-op was available for sale.

According to the New York Observer, Nixon's home, which was never listed publicly, recently sold. The actress has owned the unit since her stint on the hit series when co-op sales weren't recorded publicly, which means the price she originally paid for the home and the final sale price might never be known. That's one way to ensure privacy!

The three bedroom, two bathroom co-op unit was originally listed for $1.595 million, according to StreetEasy. Nixon's former pad features a windowed den/office that could be converted into a fourth bedroom, exposed brick, custom cabinetry in the kitchen, and a prime location near Central Park and the Museum of Natural History.
