Ware Unaffected By Broken Foot

DeMarcus Ware isn't worried about a stress fracture in his left foot.

Per the Dallas Morning News' Todd Archer, Ware said that he felt good, and didn't expect the injury to affect him this Sunday, as the 4-1 Falcons come to Big D for an afternoon showdown with the 'Boys at JerryWorld.

"I've been playing with it for three weeks and been doing good," Ware said on Thursday. "I've been practicing, doing what I needed to do and it's not been hindering me."

In actuality, Ware is probably playing better with the stress fracture than he was without; the three-time All Pro linebacker recorded his first two sacks in Kansas City in week 5, ending the longest sack drought of his career since his rookie season. According to Archer, Ware believes he'll be at full health in a couple of weeks.

So there you have it. DeMarcus Ware is tough. And still awesome.
