Sean Lee to Throw Out First Pitch at RoughRiders Opener

The Frisco RoughRiders open their 2015 season Thursday night at Dr. Pepper Ballpark

Many DFW sports fans will see Dallas Cowboys linebacker Sean Lee on a playing field for the first time in over a year on Thursday, when the Frisco RoughRiders open up their 2015 season at Dr. Pepper Ballpark.

Lee, who missed the entire 2014 season with a torn anterior cruciate ligament, will throw out the ceremonial first pitch at the home opener of the Texas Rangers Double-A affiliate.

Interestingly enough, Lee has a strong connection to RoughRiders CEO and General Partner, Chuck Greenberg. Per the Dallas Morning News, as a kid in Pennsylvania, Lee was coached by Greenberg in Little League Baseball and played football with two of his sons.

The RoughRiders’ opener is set for 7:05 Thursday night, and you can get tickets at RidersBaseball.com.
