Reports: Colts Interested In Tom Ciskowski

The Cowboys' assistant director of player personnel is being looked at by Indy as a GM candidate

The Indianapolis Colts’ search for a new general manager, in the wake of the somehwhat surprising firing of the Polians last week, could leave the Dallas Cowboys without one of their more valued player personnel evaluators.

Multiple reports today say that the Colts will likely interview Cowboys assistant director of player personnel Tom Ciskowski in the coming days.

Of course, Ciskowski is a name that won’t ring too many bells among casual fans, but he plays a crucial role behind the scenes, gathering information on potential draft picks and putting together the team’s draft board--sort of the man behind our embattled, stubborn general manager.

According to Calvin Watkins of ESPN Dallas, if the Cowboys do lose Ciskowski to the Colts, the team will likely replace him from within the organization.
