Report: Cowboys Interested In WR Steve Breaston

Breaston spent 2012 with the Kansas City Chiefs

According to the Dallas Morning News, the Dallas Cowboys are interested in former Cardinals’ receiver Steve Breaston, but they aren’t the only ones.

Among those teams known to be interested in Breaston are (aside from Dallas of course) Pittsburgh, Tennessee, Detroit and Cleveland. The obvious guess for where he’ll end up is with the Steelers, as he’s a Pennsylvania native who has worked with new Steelers’ offensive coordinator Todd Haley as a Cardinal and a Chief.

At 29-years-old, Breaston is coming off an underwhelming season with Kansas City, in which he caught seven passes in ten games for 74 yards and no touchdowns. He was released by the Chiefs a little over a week ago.
