Martellus Bennett and Felix Jones were both sidelined with what Wade Phillips described as training camp bumps and bruises during this mornings two-a-day practice.
Felix Jones was back this afternoon, and didn't looked to be hampered by the stiff toe that held him out earlier today. He looked quick, and was making all of his cuts. The only thing bothersome about this, is that it's the same toe that required surgery last season. Although, Wade mentioned the stiffness was common.
As for the Marty B, he told me after practice he was held out just to make sure everything was okay. He said he'll be back at practice tomorrow,
I asked him how he hurt his knee, said Bennett, "I had my moon rock in my sock. It made it heavy."
