Lee, Sensabaugh Expect To Play Sunday

Cowboys’ rookie linebacker Sean Lee suffered a concussion in the second quarter of Sunday afternoon’s 33-30 victory over the Washington Redskins but, despite missing the rest of that contest, expects to be available for the team’s Christmas Day match-up with the Arizona Cardinals.

I feel good now,” Lee said, per ESPN Dallas. “I don’t remember much. I looked at Keith Brooking after a series and asked him how I did and he goes, ‘Uh, you didn’t go back in.’ But I’ll be good.”

Starting safety Gerald Sensabaugh suffered a concussion as well, and, like Lee, was forced out of Sunday’s win. But, also like Lee, he expects to play next Sunday.

Both players will have to undergo a series of tests before being cleared for next week. If Sensabaugh is unable to play, he will be replaced by rookie Barry Church.
