Lee Nominated for Rookie of the Week Honors

Dallas Cowboys rookie linebacker Sean Lee has been nominated for NFL Rookie of the Week.

Lee had two picks, one returned 31 yards for a touchdown and the other in overtime, against Peyton Manning in Sunday's win over the Colts.

We're sure he'd like to win, but to do so he'll need the support of fans. So, go logon to nfl.com/rookies and vote for Lee.  Voting began Tuesday and runs until Friday at 11 a.m. CT

Lee is up against the following players.

Kansas City Chiefs S Eric Berry led the team with 10 tackles and added two passes defensed in a 10-6 win over the Denver Broncos.

Tampa Bay Buccaneers RB LeGarrette Blount rushed for 103 yards with one touchdown on 20 carries (5.2 average) in the Buccaneers 28-24 loss to the Atlanta Falcons.

Cleveland Browns CB Joe Haden totaled five tackles, a career-high four passes defensed and one interception in a 13-10 win at the Miami Dolphins.

New Orleans Saints RB Christopher Ivory rushed for 117 yards and two touchdowns, including a career-long 55-yard score, in the Saints' 34-30 victory at the Cincinnati Bengals.

The winner will be announced Friday night.
