Kosier: “I Feel Like I'm Playing”

Cowboys’ left guard Kyle Kosier entered this week as the most questionable of the many Cowboys who have been limited of late with injury. But according to Kosier himself, the veteran lineman will be ready to go Sunday when Dallas welcomes the Tennessee Titans to Cowboys Stadium.

"I feel like I'm playing," Kosier said, per the Dallas Morning News. "It feels good. The week off felt great ... [strength and conditioning coach] Joe Juraszek and the trainers got me ready."

Against the Texans last Sunday, Kosier re-aggravated the sprained MCL injury that caused him to miss the season opener against the Redskins in Washington. Kosier missed most of the (miserable) 2008 season with a foot injury, and his absence played no small role in the disappointment of that campaign.

"I felt like I just re-injured what I spent four weeks trying to get better," Kosier said of the latest setback.

Obviously, this is promising news for the Cowboys. After struggling with various injuries over the first three weeks, it appears now that the team will almost certainly return from a well-timed bye week at full strength against the Titans.
