Justin Durant Going to Atlanta

Durant has spent the past two seasons with the Cowboys

The Dallas Cowboys have lost linebacker and defensive captain Justin Durant in free agency. David Moore of the Dallas Morning News reports that he’s headed to the Atlanta Falcons.

Durant spent the past two years with the Cowboys after signing a two-year deal in March of 2013. He was drafted in the second round of the 2007 draft by the Jaguars, and spent four seasons there.Before coming to Dallas, he spent two seasons with the Lions.

In 2014, Durant recorded 49 tackles,a pair of forced fumbles and an interception before suffering a season-ending torn biceps injury in Week 8.
