Joseph Randle Gets Back on Track

Randle went for 56 yards and a touchdown against the Jaguars

After carrying the ball just four times in the past two weeks, Dallas Cowboys running back Joseph Randle carried the ball seven times for 56 yards and a touchdown, on a 40-yard dash in the third quarter, in Sunday's victory over the Jacksonville Jaguars in London.

A nice, big hole,” Randle said of the touchdown run, per the Dallas Morning News. “I’m just blessed to have the opportunity. In London. It was like a World Cup game. I had a little adrenaline rush.”

It was a big day for Randle, who has largely been absent from the game plan since--whether this is mere coincidence or not--his arrest on shoplifting charges and the subsequent jailhouse video that showed Randle discussing some of his teammates’ legal issues.

“He’s been working hard in practice and trying to take advantage of the opportunities when he gets them,” said head coach Jason Garrett. “He’s done a nice job all year long when he’s gotten chances running the football and today might have been the best one he had.”
