Jerry “Not at All Concerned” About Team Moving On After Loss

The Cowboys fell to 2-1 with their loss to the Falcons on Sunday in Arlington

Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones sees Sunday’s loss to the Atlanta Falcons as a missed opportunity, but he isn’t worried about the idea that it might signify something greater than just one loss.

It doesn’t, according to Jones, who believes his team will move on just fine after the collapse at home.

I’m not at all concerned about these guys handling this psychologically,” Jones said, per Jean-Jacques Taylor of ESPN Dallas. “It’s going to be really easy to point out where we did some good things against some good players. All we missed here was a chance to get on a mountain top with a win that would’ve helped us numbers-wise. It’s a tough road.”

The Cowboys have two games left before the bye week.

They’ll travel to New Orleans to face the Saints on Sunday night football next Sunday and, a week after that, they’ll host the New England Patriots at AT&T Stadium.

The bye comes after the Pats, then they’re back at it on Oct. 25 for a road game against the Giants in East Rutherford.
