Jerry, Cowboys “Very Concerned” About Sean Lee

Sean Lee left Sunday night's loss to the Saints with a hamstring injury

Cowboys owner and general manager Jerry Jones admitted he’s very concerned about middle linebacker Sean Lee, who suffered a hamstring injury in the second quarter of Sunday’s loss to the Saints and left the game never to return.

Lee will likely miss several weeks.

Very concerned about it,” Jones said, per the Dallas Morning News. “We obviously missed him and will miss him if we don’t have him when we go forward.”

Lee has been the Cowboys defensive MVP through the first half of the season and was named the NFC’s Defensive Player of the Month for October. He leads the team in tackles with 93 and interceptions with four.

This will obviously be a significant loss for a Dallas defense that’s already been decimated by injuries and currently ranks dead last in the league.
