Former Dallas Cowboys running back and greatest piece of trade bait in the history of football Herschel Walker has all the faith in the world that Jerry Jones will get the team back on track after 20 years without a Super Bowl appearance.
Walker stopped short of giving any specifics on how, but told 105.3-FM The Fan’s Shan & RJ show last week that he’s fully confident in his old boss.
“I’ve told everyone this,” Walker said, via the Dallas Morning News. “I don't care what people say. Jerry Jones is one of the best owners in the NFL, if not the best owner in the NFL. And he don't like to lose. And he will get that team back together. But Jerry Jones as an owner, there's no one better in the NFL.
“I’m looking for the Cowboys to get back on track and I know if anyone can do it, Jerry can do it.”
