Free Agent CB Antonio Cromartie Calls Dallas His “Dream Choice”

This isn't the first time Cromartie has expressed a desire to come to Dallas

Former Chargers, Cardinals and Jets cornerback Antonio Cromartie seems to really want to play for the Dallas Cowboys.

After the 2014 season, Cromartie reached out to the Cowboys publicly, telling Michael Irvin on Twitter that he was ready to come to the Cowboys, and saying he believed he was the missing piece on a team that was close to breaking through. He then spent the 2015 season with the Jets, the Cowboys went 4-12 and we’re back in the same place once again, with Cromartie a free agent expressing his desire to wear a star on his helmet.

Via TMZ, Cromartie, who was cut by the Jets last month, called Dallas his “dream choice” while discussing his NFL future.

"My dream choice? That'd be the Dallas Cowboys," Cromartie said. "That's very high on my list."
