Fearless, Hopeless Predictions: Cowboys-Cards

The Cowboys and Cardinals will face off in Arizona this Sunday

*After saying that he’s “scared to death” of the Eagles this week, Jerry Jones will be asked if he feels the same about the Cardinals. Jones will reply that, no, he doesn’t, but that Arizona does cause him a mild case of the heebie-jeebies.

*Kevin Kolb will return to action against Dallas after missing the last four games with a foot injury. The foot won't seemingly affect him through the course of the game, though he will continue to be bothered by a severe case of not being all the great of a quarterback.

*After being more or less shut down by the Dallas defense on Sunday, Cardinals’ running back Beanie Wells will admit that he wasn’t trying all that hard, in an effort to frustrate and confuse all the fantasy owners (me) who, inspired by his 228-yard performance the week before, started him. “Conspiracy!” we’ll shout.

*Tony Romo will go 21-28 passing for 287 yards and two touchdowns to lead the Cowboys to a victory over Arizona. He’ll attribute his performance later to the fact that he totally forgot it was already December.

*Jason Witten will make history on Sunday, by becoming the first tight end in league history to record a tackle of a cheerleader in consecutive games.

Enjoy the game, all.
