Fantasy Land: Studs and Duds, Week 7

A two-time champion in a hardcore keeper league, including some know-it-all media "experts," Adam Boedeker gives his fantasy expertise on a weekly basis.

Stud of the Week

Todd Gurley, RB, STL — Coming into his rookie season, there was some concern about Gurley, not because of any lack of talent but because of his torn ACL he suffered as a senior at Georgia. There was though Gurley would make his debut around midseason. Instead, he made it in Week 3. The next week, he went off against a really stout Cardinals defense. The next week, he did the same against a good Packers defense. Gurley is a beast, and has instanly become a must-start every week.

Honorable mention: Carson Palmer, ARI (vs. BAL); Philip Rivers, SD (vs. OAK); Lamar Miller, MIA (vs. HOU); Allen Hurns, JAC (vs. BUF).

Dud of the Week

Sam Bradford, QB, PHI — Bradford hasn't looked all that good this year, and he looked awful on Monday night in a big win over the Giants. Basically, the Eagles won despite Bradford and because of DeMarco Murray. Now, he goes to Carolina to face a really tough Panthers defense with a great secondary and pass rush.

Honorable mention: Charcandrick West, KC (vs. PIT); Melvin Gordon, SD (vs. OAK); Jordan Matthews, PHI (at CAR); Amari Cooper, OAK (at SD).
