Fantasy Land: Studs and Duds, Week 4

A two-time champion in a hardcore keeper league, including some know-it-all media "experts", Adam Boedeker gives his fantasy expertise on a weekly basis.

Stud of the Week

Tony Romo, QB, DAL — For the second straight week, Romo shows up in this spot, and last week he made us look wise when he tossed three touchdown passes and went without an interception. This week, Romo gets one of the league's worst defenses through the first three weeks when the Cowboys travel to San Diego to face the Chargers, and Manti Te'o. This is shaping up to be another big week for Romo and the Cowboys' offense.

Honorable mention: Michael Vick, PHI (at DEN); Bilal Powell, NYJ (at TEN); Maurice Jones-Drew, JAX (vs. IND); Cecil Shorts, JAX (vs. IND).

Dud of the Week

C.J. Spiller, RB, BUF — Spiller was poised for a big-time breakout season this year and was considered to be among the top five running backs in the fantasy football world. So far, he's been a huge disappointment. This week, Spiller gets a Baltimore Ravens defense that has been surprisingly good, especially against the run, despite losing several key players in the offseason.

Honorable mention: Andre Johnson, HOU (vs. SEA); Larry Fitzgerald, ARI (at TB); Russell Wilson, SEA (at HOU); Philip Rivers, SD (vs. DAL).
