Fantasy Land: Studs and Duds, Week 13

A two-time champion in a hardcore keeper league, including some know-it-all media "experts," Adam Boedeker gives his fantasy expertise on a weekly basis.

Stud of the Week

Ryan Tannehill, QB, MIA — Tannehill is starting to really come into his own as an NFL quarterback, and he has the Dolphins in prime position for a playoff berth this season. Last week, he went toe-to-toe with Peyton Manning before Manning was able to pull off one of his last-minute wins. This week, Tannehill gets a Jets defense that was absolutely slaughtered by a mediocre Buffalo team on Monday night. It oughta be a good one for Tannehill.

Honorable mention: Eli Manning, NYG (at JAC); Justin Forsett, BAL (vs. SD); LeGarrette Blount, NE (at GB); Odell Beckham, NYG (at JAC).

Dud of the Week

Jay Cutler, QB, CHI — The Bears are in a dangerous place this week. They're on a short week, hitting the road and playing the Lions on Thanksgiving Day along with their defense that is probably looking to save some face after they ran into the buzzsaw that is the New England Patriots and Tom Brady last week. Cutler has been extremely bipolar this season, and he's been mostly bad despite his great group of receivers led by Brandon Marshall and Alshon Jeffery.

Honorable mention: Sammy Watkins (BUF) vs. CLE; Steven Jackson, ATL (vs. ARI); Chris Ivory, NYJ (vs. MIA); Colin Kaepernick, SF (vs. SEA).
