Dez Wants Hardy Back in Dallas

Last week several media reports surfaced saying the Cowboys front office was leaning toward not bringing back Greg Hardy in 2016 after he played 2015 under a one-year, incentive-based deal from which he got about the minimum amount of money possible due to his extreme lack of performance.

Hardy, of course, has all kinds of excess baggage and it appears the Cowboys are finished with the headaches after one season, especially given the fact he just didn't perform outside of his first game of the season after serving a four-game suspension.

But at least one of his teammates is coming forward and saying he wants Hardy back in silver and blue in 2016.

โ€œYou see guys perform at a high level around him, and thatโ€™s what he brings to the defense,โ€ Bryant told the Sporting News. โ€œI know I would love to see Greg back with us. Heโ€™s a great teammate. I love him. I hope we can get him back. Greg Hardy loves the game. Anybody who loves the game, I love him.โ€

Hardy recorded six sacks, with three of those coming in that Cowboys debut, 35 tackles, an interception and a forced fumble in 12 games after serving the four-game suspension by the NFL.
