Dez “Flying” in London

Dez Bryant says the team is playing with a lot of gusto this week

Maybe it’s being in London. Maybe it’s the idea that Tony Romo could return on Sunday. Or maybe it’s the motivation provided by losing two straight after starting out 6-1. But Dez Bryant is ready to go.

I don’t know if it’s London or the air, I’m flying,” Bryant said, per the Dallas Morning News. “Everybody else is flying around, too. I got a little bit of extra juice.”

It’ s suddenly looking more likely that Romo will return against the Jaguars. He practiced on Thursday for the first time since suffering a pair of small fractures to the back in the Week 8 loss to the Redskins.

Obviously, Bryant stands to gain if Romo plays.

“It always helps whenever Tony is out there,” Bryant said. “He’s our guy. He’s our leader. Whenever he’s out there it makes everybody feel that much more comfortable and he knows how to lead us in the right direction, and that’s what he’s going to do Sunday.”
