Cowboys Trail ‘Skins At Half, 14-10

Dallas got out to a 10-0 lead before surrendering 14 unanswered

The Dallas Cowboys took a 10-0 lead and controlled much of the first half, but after two unanswered touchdowns late in the second quarter, Dallas trails Washington 14-10 at half.

Dallas got the scoring started on a 22-yard touchdown pass from Tony Romo to Dez Bryant in the first quarter. Dan Bailey added a 37-yard field goal to extend the lead to 10, a lead that would stand until less than five minutes remained in the half.

Rex Grossman ran the Redskins’ first touchdown in himself, a four-yard dash, and Jabar Gaffney caught a 16-yard TD pass from Grossman with just 20 seconds left--which left Dallas to trot off the field as the owners of a sudden deficit.
