Cowboys To Work Out Four At Valley Ranch

Four players are scheduled to work out for the Dallas Cowboys at Valley Ranch today, in guard/center Nick Cole (pictured), offensive tackle Langtston Walker and safeties Chris Horton and CC Brown.

Each of these players are veterans of the league. Cole spent five seasons with the Philadelphia Eagles, between 2006 and 2010. Walker has spent time with the Raiders and the Bills. Brown is a veteran of the Texans, Giants and Lions. Horton, the youngest of the bunch, played three seasons with the Redskins, from 2008-2010.

Dallas may have depth in mind when working these players out, but, even so, we doubt that a signing is imminent. The Cowboys bolstered the offensive line depth last week, signing guards Daniel Loper and Montrae Holland, the latter of which started for Dallas against St. Louis last Sunday; and they seem content at safety as well following Abram Elamโ€™s best game to date as a member of Dallas.

That said, itโ€™s clear that some modicum of interest is there for Dallas, meaning that these are a few names you might want to keep in mind moving forward.
