Cowboys Tailgaters Brave Brutal Cold at AT&T Stadium

Thousands of Cowboys fans braved the brutally cold temperatures to tailgate Sunday, finding creative ways to keep warm.

Dedicated fans bundled up and began tailgating in the RV parking lot 24 hours before kick-off.

For fan Sterling Warren and his crew, there was no chance of staying home.

Warren said they held an outdoor meeting in Saturday night’s frigid temperatures to figure out the best way to tailgate – and stay warm.

Their chilly meeting determined that an outdoor patio heat lamp just wasn’t going to cut it, so they put their propane fire pit inside a tent. They forgot the s’mores this time around, but roasted some hot chicken over the flames.

“This is the true definition of a Cowboys fan,” Warren said. “There have been a lot of bandwagon fans that jumped on since we started winning but you can see these are the true Cowboys fans right here.”

Cold fans hoping the Cowboys start their hot streak back up.
