No, good reader, we're not describing Heaven. We're describing the Official Dallas Cowboys NFL Draft Party, presented by Miller Lite. The event will be held at Cowboys Stadium on Draft Day, April 22. Doors open at 5:30 PM CST, and parking, incredibly, is just five dollars. Admission is free.
Fans will have the opportunity to mingle with Dallas Cowboys of past and present, and hear insight from Wade Phillips and Jerry himself from the Cowboys' "War-Room" leading up to their selections. The emceeing duties will be handled by a veritable all-star team of 105.3 The Fan personalities, including Brad Sham, Richie Whitt and friend of the site, Jagger.
Children will have the opportunity to sign up for Cowboys Camps For Kids, featuring football drills and skill tests for free. Additionally, fans can have a stroll through the Dallas Cowboys interactive Hall of Fame, which features a great deal of team memorabilia. The piece de resistance therein, of course, is the case containing the team's five Lombardi Trophies.
Additional entertainment will be provided by members of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, and Rowdy. The Dallas Cowboys Rhythm and Blue Dance Team, presented by cool, refreshing Miller Lite, will hold their audition finals at the event.
Again, admission is free, parking is five dollars and the gates open at 5:30, one hour before the draft kicks off in New York. The team asks that fans attending enter through the Miller Lite East Plaza.
