Cowboys Sign 3rd Round Pick Chaz Green

Green is the favorite to become the Cowboys' new swing tackle

The Dallas Cowboys have just two unsigned draft picks left after inking third round selection Chaz Green on Tuesday. Green’s deal is for four years, of course, and comes with a signing bonus of $624,372, according to Todd Archer of ESPN Dallas.

Green was selected to challenge Darrion Weems for the role of swing tackle in the absence of Jermey Parnell, who departed for a huge deal with the Jacksonville Jaguars this offseason.

In his final year at Florida, Green started a total of 11 games--some at left and some at right tackle.

With his signing, only first round pick CB Byron Jones and fourth round pick LB Damien Wilson remain unsigned from the draft class of 2015.
