Cowboys Reps In Mobile, AL for Senior Bowl

The Senior Bowl is the first major pre-draft event of the offseason

Beginning on Monday, representatives from the Dallas Cowboys including owner Jerry Jones and head coach Jason Garrett will be in Mobile, Alabama for the Senior Bowl, the first major pre-draft event of the offseason.

Of course, the Cowboys’ main focus will be looking at the over 100 prospects on hand in anticipation of the 2014 NFL Draft in May--this class is particularly rich in offensive linemen, defensive linemen and safeties--but they’ll also very likely be looking for coaches to fill four new vacancies on the staff.

Since season’s end, the team has lost tight ends coach Wade Phillips (who signed on with the Redskins last week), assistant special teams coach Chris Boniol, defensive assistant Mikal Smith and offensive assistant Dave Borgonzi.
