Cowboys Release QB Corp 2 Days After Signing Him

Cowboys also waived Brian Price

The Dallas Cowboys have released quarterback Aaron Corp two days after signing him. They also waived defensive tackle Brian Price.

Corp was the third quarterback on the Cowboys' roster before the former Southern California backup was turned loose again Thursday.

Corp was set to start at USC in 2009 when he broke his left leg and Matt Barkley emerged as the starter. Corp transferred to Richmond and signed as an undrafted free agent with Buffalo last year. The Bills ended up releasing him twice.

Price was a second-round pick for Tampa Bay in 2010 and started 14 games for the Buccaneers a year later. He was cut by Chicago last year after the Bears traded for him.

The Cowboys waived Price because of a shoulder problem.
