Cowboys Lose Dwayne Harris to Giants

Harris was drafted by the Cowboys in 2011

Receiver and special teams ace Dwayne Harris has left the Dallas Cowboys and is going to the rival New York Giants.

According to Dan Graziano of ESPN, Harris signed a five-year deal worth $17.5 million including a little over $7 million guaranteed on Tuesday, the first day of free agency. The deal will keep Harris in New York through 2019.

Harris was drafted in the sixth round of the 2011 Draft out of East Carolina and has been with Dallas ever since.

In his time in Dallas, he had over 2,000 yards on kickoff returns and 965 yards and two touchdowns on punt returns.
