Cowboys Dominate First Half, Only Lead 10-3

If you look at the stat sheet, the Cowboys are dominating the Denver Broncos. However, score is all that matters, and Denver has found a way to hang in this game. The Cowboys went to the locker room at  halftime leading 10-3.

The Cowboys go the scoring started courtesy of a 49-yard Nick Folk field goal. Early on in the half the Cowboys defense was overmatching a mediocre Broncos attack, forcing three Broncos punts in their first three possession's.

Marion Barber, who returned from injury looked healthy scoring from one-yard out, giving the Cowboys a 10-0 lead.

Just when it looked like Dallas would run away with the game, Tony Romo fumbled a ball deep in Denver territory, leading to a Kyle Orton to Knowshon Moreno touchdown pass.

This is a classic case of the score is closer than the game indicates. The Cowboys are clearly the more talented team, and if they eliminate the mistakes should win.
