Campbell To Return For Second Interview

Former Cowboys’ tight end Dan Campbell, pictured above resembling a really yoked member of a Puddle of Mudd tribute band, is scheduled to meet with the team for the second time in as many weeks on Tuesday.

Campbell, who sat down with head coach Jason Garrett last week, is interviewing for an assistant offensive line position alongside line coach Hudson Houck; the initial interview went well enough for Campbell to be called back for a second interview with Houck. Hall of Fame guard Bruce Matthews interviewed for the same position on Monday.

Garrett named his brother, John, as passing game coordinator this week and, as David Moore of the Dallas Morning News points out today, the late rash of interviews for assistant offensive line coaches could be a sign that Garrett wants to name Houck the running game coordinator.
