Chefs and menus include Richard Chamberlain’s selection of Texas Kobe "beefchetta" with grilled ramps and porcini jus paired with 2013 Ehlers Estate cabernet sauvignon. Carl Murray of NOBU will serve salmon tartar, salmon umamyaki and seared salmon with a sweet mustard miso sauce paired with 2013 Torii Mor Olson Estate Vineyard chardonnay. Abacus, Jasper’s, Hickory, Kent Rathbun Catering by Kent Rathbun is cappuccino cured venison with Guajillo chili glaze and jalapeno-sweet corn pudding paired with Merry Edwards pinot noir.
