2016 Côtes du Coeur

Join NBC 5’s Bianca Castro at the much anticipated Côtes du Coeur which is scheduled to take place on Saturday, May 14, at the Omni Dallas Hotel. This exciting fundraising celebrity chef dinner will feature eighteen (18) chefs, a fine wine auction and much more. Presented each year by the Dallas Division of the American Heart Association (AHA), Côtes du Coeur has raised over $27 million for the AHA in the past 25 years. 1,200 of Dallas’ most generous individuals enjoy elaborate food made by some of the city’s top chefs and wine selections from 32 world-renowned wineries.

Chefs and menus include Richard Chamberlain’s selection of Texas Kobe "beefchetta" with grilled ramps and porcini jus paired with 2013 Ehlers Estate cabernet sauvignon. Carl Murray of NOBU will serve salmon tartar, salmon umamyaki and seared salmon with a sweet mustard miso sauce paired with 2013 Torii Mor Olson Estate Vineyard chardonnay.
