Join NBC 5 and Moritz Fort Worth YMCA for the 38th Annual Fort Worth YMCA Turkey Trot on Thursday, November 28. This exciting run/walk will take place at 6115 Camp Bowie in Fort Worth. There’s a 10K, 5K and the 1K Gobbler Trot. All three courses will begin on Camp Bowie at the Westridge intersection.
Proceeds from the Moritz Fort Worth YMCA Turkey Trot benefit the scholarship program of the YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth. The YMCA offers a wide variety of services for people of all ages. Some services include preschool and afterschool care, water safety and swim lessons, day and overnight camp, youth sports, health programs and more. Persons who cannot afford the services of the Y are given assistance based on their needs.
