The weekend is packed with exciting events including a Step Show Competition, a Multicultural Festival, an Evening of Spoken Word, the Hubert Moss Ecumenical Service, a Day of Service, a ServiceFest, and a Youth Musical Extravaganza.

The Arlington MLK Celebration has been successful because of the committee’s shared vision. Committee members include an impressive list of community leaders from many parts of the city. This year’s celebration is being led by the Arlington Ministerial Association. Other MLK Committee members include representatives from the City of Arlington, Arlington ISD, UT Arlington, Tarrant County College, U.S. Postal Service and at-large community and this year, features NBC 5.
