Recent winds have wreaked havoc on utility lines.
The recent storms and wind gusts jostled utility lines around like jump ropes, causing some utility lines to sag in the middle.
Some lines in East Dallas are just a few inches from the tops of street signs. Oncor spokeswoman Jeamy Molina said some of the lines may not be electricity lines, but should still be treated with caution.
