A Winter Storm Advisory is in effect until noon, leading some North Texas schools to delay or cancel classes on Monday.

NOTE: School districts not listed on the on-air school closings crawl or online on the School Closings page will stay according to their schedules.

The Dallas Independent School District said on Twitter that classes will go on as scheduled on Monday.

The Blum ISD, Hillsboro ISD and Keene ISD are among the school districts that have decided to delay their starting times on Monday.

While the Fort Worth ISD is out for the Thanksgiving holiday week, the Dallas ISD has classes Monday and Tuesday. Late Sunday, the district tweeted the following:

"Dallas ISD is expecting to have school tomorrow. The weather warning has been downgraded b/c of above avg temps. Will continue to monitor."
