Rain Causes Carrollton Railroad Arms to Malfunction

The Carrollton Police Department says it is having problems with railroad arms at two locations.

RR arms malfunctioning on Belt Line near IH35E. Affecting traffic. Officers in area to help. Avoid area if you can.
