Dallas' legendary galleria is under new management.

Simon Property Group is taking over leasing and marketing duties in the fall since the previous manager, General Growth Properties, filed for bankruptcy in April.

Simon also owns Firewheel Town Center in Garland, Irving Mall, Richardson Square, Allen Premium Outlets, Grapevine Mills Mall and Northeast Mall in Hurst.
