YWCA Sandwich Delivery Helps Homeless

People in Downtown Fort Worth have a new way to help the homeless.

The YWCA Fort Worth started delivering "power lunches" to businesses around Sundance Square on Wednesday.

Every sandwich purchased by the area businesses help the YWCA fund programs for homeless and other low-income families in Fort Worth.

Chef Aimee Hunter developed the box lunches to feature high-quality, gourmet sandwiches with artisan breads.

The YWCA offers the lunches from Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sandwiches cost $10 plus tax and delivery is free. To see a menu, click here.
