Want to rub elbows with a culinary legend?
Wolfgang Puck will host an exclusive dinner at Five Sixty, his restaurant stationed up in Reunion Tower.
Puck will host the dinner on Friday with Executive Chef Patton Robertson on duty to take guests through Asian-inspired dishes.
The menu will feature chef’s Amuse Bouche of Lobster & Shrimp Springroll with Ginger Black Bean Sauce; a first course choice of Hot & Sour Sweet Pumpkin Soup or Crystal Chive Dumpling with Alaskan King Crab, Gulf Shrimp and Kurobuta Pork; a second course of Whole Sea Bass Baked in “Fragrant” Salt Crust; a third course of Roasted “Peking Style” Duck Breast with Bao Buns; and a fourth course of Duo of “Szechwan Style” Kobe Beef, according to the press release.
Reservations are required, so you better call quickly. We bet they will go fast.
