Texas based Frontera Produce issues voluntary cilantro recall.

Frontera Produce, is voluntarily recalling one lot of cilantro because of potential salmonella contamination.

The recall affects two retail chain stores in Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, Louisiana, and New Mexico.

Consumers should look for lot number 118122 on items purchased between July 20, and July 27, 2009.

The bunches also have a white twist tie with pink lettering and UPC number 033383801049.

So far no illnesses have been reported because of the recall.

People with Salmonella often experience fever, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting and abdominal pain.

Frontera is based in Edinberg, Texas.
