P.F. Chang's wants to mitigate the Tax Day damage by offering a 15 percent off discount for April 15.
That's 15 percent off the total bill, according to a press release, but we doubt taxes and gratuity are eligible for discounts.

Scottsdale, AZ. (April 9, 2009) - P.F. Chang’s China Bistro Inc. invites guests nationwide to enjoy a 15 percent discount on April 15 in honor of Tax Day. The special one-day discount encourages P.F. Chang’s diners across the country to celebrate the end of tax season with extra savings.
“In the current economic climate, everyone deserves a break and that’s exactly what P.F. Chang’s is providing with our Tax Relief discount,” said Rick Tasman, COO for P.F. The Tax Relief promotion includes all guests of P.F. Chang’s China Bistro and applies to every order. On April 15 only, the entire bill will be discounted 15 percent.
If only this discount covered Chang's other holding, Pei Wei. We'd be there for lunch and dinner, no joke.
