    Ahi Tuna Nachos

    Ahi Tuna Nachos
    1/2 lb sashimi grade tuna, finely chopped
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    1 stalk green onion, chopped
    2 tbsp wasabi paste
    2 tbsp Sriracha chili
    6 tbsp mayonnaise, divided
    cilantro
    red onions
    sliced jalapenos
    wonton wrappers, cut diagonal

    Mix tuna, soy sauce and green onions in a bowl.  Then, in separate bowls, mix Sriracha chili paste with 3 tbsp mayonnaise. In second bowl mix wasabi and 3 tbsp of mayo and set aside.

    Fry wonton wrappers in deep fryer until light brown and top each crisp with tuna the mixture. Then garnish with cilantro, red onions, sliced jalapenos and drizzle sauces over.
