We'd already told you about the historic Granada Theater's delicious dishes, but a new expansion will make sure your dinner, drinks, and dancing combo night out can happen in Lower Greenville.

The Granada Theater will open a new beer garden and restaurant next door to the live music venue where the M Street Bar and Mike's Treehouse used to sit.

Called "Sundown at Granada," the space will include a renovated bar and double-decker patio with American food and veggie options from chef Patrick Stark.

"Our double decker patio will be a comfortable and friendly destination on Greenville Avenue. Sundown at Granada will bring big fun and great food to our neighborhood," Granada owner Mike Schoder said in a press release.

Schoder is targeting an opening date later this year.
