Butter Spaghetti with Shrimp and Mushrooms
1 cup butter
1 small can of mushrooms (drained)
3 lbs small shrimp, peeled
1 cup Romano cheese
1 12oz pack of thin spaghetti
Cook spaghetti as directed, drain, and rinse. Heat in a large skillet: butter or olive oil, garlic, shrimp and mushrooms. Slowly cook in butter or olive oil until shrimp are pink, add spaghetti to skillet for about five minutes, sprinkle with Romano cheese, salt and pepper, then stir all ingredients and do not let brown.
Great with a light green salad. Serves 2-4 people.
