Our locals love Kincaid's burger (as evidenced by their Golden Local win for Best Burger a while ago...) and Gourmet magazine loves 'em, too.
Kincaid's has been named one of the "20 Burgers to Eat Before It's Too Late" as a "lean and lovely charred half-pound burger, served with lettuce, tomato, and condiments inside a capacious bun."
"It's all in the meat," said Kincaid's president and owner Ron Gentry.
Though we're not sure why (or when) it'll be "too late" to eat a Kincaid's burger, but we totally agree with the sentiment -- get thee to a Kincaid's.
