For the ninth year in a row, Dallas Chef Stephan Pyles will host a celebrity chef dinner to raise money for his $15,000 culinary scholarship, given to one chef that can cut the mustard in a "Iron Chef" style cookoff.
Dinner will be served in Stephan Pyles Restaurant (1807 Ross Ave., Dallas) at 7 pm on Sunday, Nov. 9th with an earlier reception starting at 6 pm.
The Wine and Food Foundation of Texas calls this their "crown jewel of culinary events," and can prove it by adding Johathan Eismann of Pacific Time Miami, Jason Ferraro of the DMA, jW Foster from the Fairmont's Pyramid Restaurant & Bar, Pedreaux M. Cuellar of COCO Chocolate Lounge & Bistro in San Antonio, and the 2008 Stephan Pyle Scholarship winner Amol Thanky to the list of celebrity chefs.
Tax and gratuity are included in the $175 ticket per person, but you'll have to buy your own cocktail attire. Also, make sure you get your tickets soon -- space is limited.
