Buli's Spicy Turkey Club Panini

Buli's Spicy Turkey Club Panini

8 oz lean white meat turkey
4 strips crispy bacon
3 oz muenster cheese
½ cup fresh baby spinach
3 slices hot house tomatoes
2 oz Buli jalapeno ranch spread (see below)
1 Buli sour dough panini bun
 
Pre-heat the turkey and Muenster cheese in the oven then slice the sour dough Panini bread lengthwise in half. Spread the jalepeno ranch spread on both sides of the bread. After that place the heated turkey and cheese on one half of the bread. Top the bread with 4 strips of bacon, the tomatoes, baby spinach and other half of the bread. Then place the entire sandwich on a Panini press for two minutes. Finally, cut in half and enjoy!


Jalapeno Ranch Spread
1  cup real mayonnaise
½ cup sour cream
½ cup diced pickled jalapenos
½ teaspoon dried chives
½ teaspoon dried parsley
½ teaspoon dried dill weed
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼  teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
 Mix all the ingredients together in a food processor and blend for forty-five seconds afterward. Refrigerate for 24 hours then serve.
