    Delta Spirit -- H.O.B. -- 7 p.m.
Before Delta Spirit got together, two members were in a punk band called Noise Ratchet. We liked that name way better than Delta Spirit, but you'll see why they changed their moniker at tonight's House of Blues show -- they don't ratchet up the noise the same way.

    Adair's 46th Anniversary Party and Crayfish Boil -- Adair's Saloon -- 2 p.m.
Adair's Saloon in Dallas is treating patrons to a free crayfish boil at 2 p.m. in honor of their 46th year in operation. Nate Kipp and The King Bucks provide the live music, but they had us interested with free crayfish.

Bosque Brown CD Release with Fight Bite -- Dan's Silverleaf -- 8 p.m.
Easily winning the "best show of the weekend" award is this billing with Hospital Ships, Fight BIte, and Bosque Brown, the last of which is holding the show in honor of their CD release. Already the reviews are good for the new stuff, and with the supporting bands, this is a can't miss.
