Executive Chef Blythe Beck is all smiles at Central 214.

Central 214's Blythe Beck has been in our spotlight numerous times before, but now she'll be on even more screens as her reality show, "The Naughty Kitchen with Chef Blythe Beck," premieres Tuesday night at 9 p.m. on Oxygen.

It's pretty clear we're fans of Beck (and, in full disclosure, NBC Universal owns this site and Oxygen) but we're honestly intrigued by what we'll see on the premiere episode -- in which Beck finds out how the Dallas Morning News rated her restaurant. (Spoiler Alert: she won't be happy)

The other fun to it is the slim possibility of seeing a Dallas notable at a table, digging into the chicken-fried Kobe steak. We've been there (thankfully not when they've been filming) and enjoyed it and we're certain that other locals have munched on the pimento cheese and sipped Perfect Summer cocktails (a drink our Lady Team thinks is pretty refreshing). If we spot some Townies in the crowd, it's only going to add to our experience.

Central 214 is hosting watching parties for the show, every Tuesday from September 22 through November 24 at 9 p.m. Reservations aren't required, but you should definitely arrive early to get the best seats. Don't be surprised if you hear Beck's laughter while you watch in the restaurant -- she'll be around for some of the watching parties.

Holler at us on Twitter (@dfwaroundtown) if you want to dish about "The Naughty Kitchen" after the show airs. We're pretty certain we'll have something to say about it...
